Pros

People oriented, flexible. Benefits are average, willing to provide training. Allows for flexible work arrangements, working from home, flex hours.

Cons

Poor management competence, too mired in internal politics to progress. Pay is below industry standard, benefits are eroding. Not the workplace it used to be.

Pros

There are only a few good things about FedEx; good work life balance; good health care plan. Other people who don't know will think it looks good on your resume.

Cons

Management is incompetent to say the least, basic operations are beyond them. They have no ability to grow the business they only obtain business by means of customers who only know their name. They spent millions of dollars to change the colors of their logos, however their OS is from 1992.
