I loved working at FedEx and the culture of FedEx was really prevalent across employees. Employees were empowered to make a difference through continuous improvement and did not feel like it was overly bureaucratic, surprisingly given the complexity of the organization and its structure. The leadership were welcoming and receptive in conversations and were genuine in their interest of the business and the employees.

Cons

I left at a time of great change, disruption and made a personal decision to opt not to move to Memphis to continue my tenure at FedEx. I really did enjoy my time but was not seeking to move at the moment in time.
