Decent pay according to national averages.

Cons

Too many differing processes and procedures that conflict between local and Corporate policies causing confusion. One would THINK that such a large organization that has been established for so long would be much more clear and efficient than they actually are. I've worked for companies with less than 20 Employees that were a MUCH more well-oiled machine than this organization. Again, don't be fooled by the "FedEx" brand with this company, because they're as screwed up as a football bat.

During the beginning of 2021 and end of 2020 had gotten really slow. Pay sucks.

-Management is very polite and welcoming to all teammates -If you have any questions regarding training or on boarding to other roles in the facility, other team mates and leadership are able to answer as best as they can - lots of internal postings and room to get into roles in the warehouse
