Pros

Overall I wouldn't give any star to this company. Typical greedy company that uses their popular old brand to flash their employees and customers. Unless people are into guitars, rock and drugs, people should stay away from working for this company. There are good people working at their manufacturing facilities but stay away from their corporate offices where all the snakes of toxic management works. Typical white and one or two just to say they have diversity. Unless you are part of their Mafia otherwise you will be benched no matter how much contribution you do.

Cons

How many bad things can one person write in a review. Let's start with saying that management prefer to grab a guitar and play while doing a review or weekly 1-1 meetings . This happens often, no matter what level they have, From CEO to low level managers. Very unprofessional. Every department have leadership issues. Company is about image for their investors not about people.

Pros

Cool environment when in the office, laid back

Cons

Lack of big picture transparency with employees, driven by unrealistic upper and senior management. Engineering is more reactive to competition than it is innovative.

Pros

Lots of cool characters in the custom shop. It was cool to work on lots of special guitars and the environment was pretty relaxed for the most part unless we were behind the quota.

Cons

Can be difficult to find a route to move up unless you advocate for yourself and show that you're a stand out employee. Can be stressful at times.
