Cool brand, sadly only on the surface!
Cons
A massive brand with the mindset of a small, inexperienced business. Massively lacking genuine senior leaders, sadly a lot of two-faced approach and self preservation. Decision making is hasty and ever changing. People do not come first here, those that shout the loudest reap the most, those that get on with their roles quietly and efficiently are forgotten about.
