Pros

It seems to pay well, but then they have poor benefits, a bad working atmosphere, poor culture, and high turnover so its a bit of a bait and switch.

Cons

Terrible leaders, mismanagement of talent, high turnover, policies that reflect their lack of commitment to retention and growth. This is a churn and burn workplace.

Pros

Amazing company culture and a beautiful office location in northern Scottsdale.

Cons

Not a well developed internship program at the time; I believe that it was relatively new.
