For a musician it is a great place to work with what you love. Sometimes the pay can be competitive Benefits are good Rockstars come through often

Cons

People are expendable, regardless of time invested Expectations can be too high Favoritism is not uncommon Promotions are not always based on merit Can be difficult to move up

Pros

Good group of people that are all specialist in their area of expertise. Constant communication via web meetings to keep everyone connected. This company has a cool factor, but not too far out on the limb where people aren't motivated to get the job done. Exec. management is involved in big and small things.

Cons

Only real con is the commute in. Traffic in the area can defy logic sometimes, but most of LA is like that anyway.

Pros

Music is actually at the core of everything here. There are guitars everywhere, songs is blasting rock music into every nook and cranny, and the workers here can shred! Even the CEO plugs in an blast heavy Metal through the halls. The hours are flexible, the work is interesting - even calling it work feels wrong. If you love the brand its even cooler. The office in Hollywood is brand new and AMAZING. This is the place for tech savvy music lovers in L.A.

Cons

Vacation is a little skimpy. Anyplace in L.A. is tough to get to if you don't have a helicopter. The cons are few and far between to be honest.
