Pros

Fender is an American Icon and innovator in the musical instrument industry. The brand will live forever and there will always be a demand for the products.

Cons

Old management was inept and some are still in charge, new management came from big name companies like Nike, etc. but they don't have a clue about the musical instrument industry or how to run Fender.
