- Iconic, Made in the USA brand. - Talented, passionate employees. - Employee discounts on instruments. - Professional, well-run back-office.

Cons

- TPG venture capitalists have charted an uncertain future, banking on monetizing "digital" which they have yet to clearly define. - Disregard for the depth of talent and commitment of long-time employees. - Average pay with minimal to no merit increases - Spotty record of short term rewards - Long-term rewards (options) have been and will continue to be worth less then the paper they are printed on.

The leaders in the organization believe in allowing employees to think outside the box. They trust employees to take on difficult projects and guide them through success. During my time I felt I made a great contribution to the business and had immense opportunities to succeed and grow in my career. My direct managers were great and it was always a pleasure to work with everyone! People are very warm and friendly. Fender is in the business of music so that awesome cool factor when artist were in the building was always great to have!

There is a level of ambiguity and miscommunication with the organization as it is moving towards a different direction.
