Pros

Casual dress code, decent normal hours, some great people to work with in -some- departments, company is not too huge

Cons

Lack of communication between offices, very low salaries, lack of raises, poor health/dental benefits, talk about a rock-n-roll culture but it is not seen or demonstrated anywhere in the company, top heavy, other divisions are ignored and forgotten, a policy is in place to never pay over median job salary

Pros

There are some great people at Fender who are passionate about the company and want to do a good job.

Cons

Most political organization I've ever been associated with. Trust is very low. Senior leaders don't communicate, functions don't collaborate, people aren't respected unless you were in a band for 10+ years.
