Decent pay and workload. Employees are courteous and managers do their job well. You will learn a lot regarding verification process.

Cons

Organizational changes and updates tend to be abrupt and short notice. Trainings are minimal resulting in lack of employee expertise. Departments get merged to be more efficient while adding more workload.
