Pros

Good Industry Leading Organization with upward mobility. Forgiving of college degrees and or lack thereof.

Cons

I don’t really have anything negative to say except the technology platforms need streamlined. More staff = less workload but that has sadly become the norm everywhere.

Pros

Nothing positive. As they are being very worst company possible

Cons

They will just call you all of a sudden and tell that your fired. Coz their business is low. Threats for the employees to leave the company by abusing them in meeting. Making them quit. In the end they will plan already and then chuck people and say sorry the business is under loss. Nothing is permanent in fadv. Even if you get and easy push to join fadv please don't it will not only ruin your career but also no job security and you will be thrown. Regardless of how a good performer you are Or how much experience with the company. There is no respect for individuals in this company
