Little to no training

Pros

They are not breathing down your next but they wanted you to send out 300 messages a week which is insane amount. I took a sales training class (outside the organization of course) and was told you should be spending a minimum of 5 minutes per email personalizing. If you were to spend 5 minutes x lets say 300 emails that would be 25 hours a week alone. They are trying to move away from quantity into quality but still managers are hung up on that 300.

Cons

No sales training at all. Very poor onboarding experience. Many of the sales reps have been there less than a year. I have heard other sales reps complain about how hard it is to get things done internally and how there is so much friction its maddening.
