Pros

In Mumbai and banglore office you will not get promotion or even your annual rating if you do not belong to particular caste and religion. even if you they give any oppurtunity to prove yourself for promotion they will make sure you quit by giving mental torture. don't think of working here more than 6 months. after joining they will make sure you quit. if any officer seeing my comment should set up a team and observed how they differrentiate between you their favorite people. in simple word banglore fadv support people from South and karnataka that too who bend themselves between leaders and obey them without asking a good rating also even after working hard for whole year and same Mumbai fadv support people who are favorite for management as management itself is the epitome of biasesnees on the basis of cast creed and religion forgot about other countries nationals
