      Work is a bit hard due to the volume but you will eventually get used to it. Fun place to work. Good teammates.

      Need a Good Trainer to learn the process. Oftern too much politicking.

      1) Good place to work and learn/upskill. 2) Good team, colleagues and flexible shifts. 3) Work/life balance was good

      Cons

      1) Their pay structure is pathetic, in terms of package differnce between the team members of the same team and same designation. The variance is invariably high and it is the major reason for demotivation to work. 2) No Growth or hardly any opportunities. 3) Underpaid and no transparency from the higher management. 4) Fake promises for appraisals and package correction. 5) Usual big time internal politics and biased.

      Pros

      I was designated as Operation analyst but working as a report writer WFH is pros according to me. and flexible shift timings.

      Cons

      unpaid working on saturday. team leader is not supportive. no growth, work pressure. leave granted only if you cover your 100% scorecard. risk of getting escalation from client. team leader behaviour is not good he pings you during your logout time and assign more work. No clearity in ctc or inhand salary
