      The team i work with is excellent

      Awful pay, awful benefits - 5 days sick pay is a farce. No HR to talk to, no chance of salary progression, no chance of career progression. Just an atrocious place to work. A proper dead end job.

      1. High Collaboration from everyone in the senior and junior level staff. 2. Working Remotely is very convenient and less stressful 3. My Manager works with me to make decisions

      Cons

      The company is still growing in Agile so sometimes the senior management makes decisions without knowing how badly it will affect teams. They end up reversing the decisions.
