Pros

None that I can think of . A lot of talent in the company is really good but is managed poorly

Cons

Bad benefits, low pay with discrepant compensation between workers, cruel practices including bullying in the company, extremely fast turnaround of staff that keep being fired or resigning and dodgy practices that stay behind closed doors. The company is not transparent at all to their staff, do not provide proper training or support to new starters, the management exhibits elitism and favoritism towards a selected few leaving the rest of the talent with no chances of progressing. I would not suggest anyone applying for this company as it is more than toxic.
