off on weekends. However, thyll will force u to work on weekends most of the times

management, no proper AHT time per order.. it will b tough to reach targets even though u could u will end getting escalation.. no proper downtime given for orders we work for.. v have to beg to claim.. very low NSA compare to all multinational companies... pathetic.

Nice company for an OT doing people Like Garments with more efficiency, giving more time and more salary only for seasonal wise how mango fruit season like that remaining just bucketing with Team lead you can survive many years if not next day firing with backwash reasons

Cons

Business minded its fair but worst Team Leads without maturity and they have got team lead by bucketing or senior citizen not by their own skill matrix
