Cons
The following feedback is for the Global Operating Center only and not FA offices located in other parts of the world. 1. Senior management often indulge in gaslighting, misogyny and narcissistic behaviours to name a few concerns; especially if an employee is not a part of their clique. 2. The HR department is not approachable. 3. Work-life balance is non-existent. Employees are often 'expected' to work double shifts or weekends with no monetary compensation. 4. Business Operations and Support Functions work in silos. Note: ironically, Collaboration is one of the company values. 5. Culture of disrespect. Upper management publically reprimand employees in team meetings. 6. Dysfunctional teams, power struggles, lack of trust, fear of upper management, lack of transparency, inflated egos of upper management are some of the factors contributing to the growing toxic workplace culture at First Advantage Global Operating Center.
