      Pros

      The leadership team within Customer Success is absolutely fabulous. They listen and take action on important matters. They support crazy ideas and encourage us to think outside the box. The clients are wonderful and make the job completely worth while. Everyone internally is very amicable and helpful. Tons of great things to say about this company!

      Hard to find any.

      Cons

      Managers don’t have a clue what they are doing and don’t care about us who actually did the work. It’s UNPROFESSIONAL and a complete MESS as a company. We are left to get on with it with little to no SUPPORT or training.
