Pros

Growth in region since new leaders brought in past few years and HR in region has improved over past 2 years since investment to have a team here was made. Rolf has made a big impact and it feels like HR care and listen now. People in junior roles are nice to work with and the atmosphere has improved, although there is still loads to do!

Cons

Leaders allow legacy employees to behave how they want, speaking to people in a rude and disrespectful manner. They have been in the company too long, focusing on all the problems rather than trying to work with others to improve the office. The new leaders and HR cannot change the culture if legacy leaders and US management foster a two faced and unsupportive working style. EMEA Leadership Team members have left which is worrying for the culture going forward. Feels like employees are disposable, no consistent communication on leavers, no exit interviews to find out how people feel. Some of management care, some do not and bad mouth one another in front of junior members of the team. Relationship of Operations management team is toxic and defensive. They do not want to work with other teams and just defend each other even if something is genuinely wrong.

Pros

Type of product Close by distance Lesser traveling expenses

Cons

Poor administration No adequate services No hygiene 3rd level needs to get rejuvenated. No new ideas. No formation of rosters. OT payouts are not distributed across smaller teams. People are hired mentioning Weekends were Saturday Sunday. Suddenly, BPO structure is followed however the allowance are not increased. No proper seating and ventilation. You see rodents often across cafeteria. No recreation room. AM and above hardly know their process. Uneven segration of staffing and processes. Incentives plan change suddenly in 6 months. AM and manager waste time of their subordinate by simply gathering them for hours. HR connects are hardly done for TLs. Leads and TL are never appreciated. Their voice and ideas are never heard. The upper management has poor listening skills. Their ideas are old as they are. They need to be open to add purpose in whatever they are doing. During rains the managers become officers from disaster department. Most of the managers stay in nearby area hence they hardly are thoughtful for their staff. They have poor managing skills hence they throw the blame of shortcomings to their downline. Very poor listening skill. P
