Pros

Working from home, good work life balance.

Cons

The worst company to work for! This company is so disorganized, dysfunctional, customer success management is the WORST, they are only out for themselves. Management doesn't assist their employees to be successful. Customer Success Managers will be laid off, with no warning! This company has a very high turn over rate, good employees leave and go to competitors.

Base pay is reasonable, building is nice, coworkers are good

Cons

Comp plan sucks and never stays the same, favoritism, no career path, no structure, management only out for themselves and can't be trusted, reorganization every 6 months (layoffs)
