      Pros

      The only pro I can think of is the friends I have met here. There are too many cons that override the pros

      Cons

      The company has no good training till recently and it still is not that great. To many changes within the teams/organization. Some great managers and some real bad ones that are the worst!! Need to update systems used so time is spent wisely and not having to do redundant work that is a waste of time. Get real with review and raises!!
