None the first 8 years were great the last 2 were terrible. Management needs get a clue!!!

The first 8 years were great the last 2 were terrible. Management needs get a clue!!! They make decisions based on upper management they have no clue how a process works. They need to communicate with their teams honestly. I not have so called all associates calls with taped questions and prepared fake answers.

Pros

Location of office, monthly pizza, covered parking, printer and copiers, wifi.

Cons

Substandard management support, client services management lacks professionalism. Afraid to speak up, not an "equal opportunity" employer, operationally deficient losing clients due to poor service, no SOP's followed. I've never spent so much time having client screaming at me on the phone due to poor service.
