Very sad story

Pros

Not much to write here. Some good people are sticking it out despite the pending layoffs. Pto and decent benefits may be why...

Cons

Offshore's pretty much every department. This crushes background screening accuracy, client services and overall turn around-times. Got rid of almost every good hardworking person who built the brand name. The florida office which built this company is now about the size of storage trailer. Pay extremely low for the industry. Total poor leadership across the board with no communication.

Pros

Ability to work remote, that is the only pro I can think of.

Cons

No respect for employees. Leadership is just trying to get in friends and do not value for any work others are doing. CEO does not have any vision or knows where company is going. Everybody I knew was searching for Jobs outside as they were not happy.
