Pros

None unfortunately, this is not a company I would ever recommend to anyone I cared about

Cons

Management and other internal teams have absoultely horrid attitudes towards other team members. In all of my years in customer success (over 10+ years) I've NEVER encountered a company that allows it's employees to belittle, disrespect, and be flat out rude to other employees without any repercussions at all. FA was already a company that had some major flaws in their organization when I first joined years ago, but since the acquisition of Sterling they've gone violently downhill at a rapid pace. The majority of FA positions have been replaced by Sterling team members, who not only know absolutely nothing about FA in general, but have terrible attitudes towards FA employees. The majority of the Sterling team is based overseas, primarily in India, so it seems the company is trying to outsource their team members due to cheaper cost however the quality of service has gone down exponentially since the acquistion. I don't see many clients staying with this company moving forward, due to the massive layoffs at all levels of the organization, and FA getting rid of people with massive product and account knowledge. I personally gave too much time, energy, and dedication to a company that never made me feel appreciated. The pay is also terrible compared to other competitors in the same industry, not to mention they don't offer any additional compenstation options such as bonuses or overtime. Benefits are subpar as well. If you're looking for employment here, I'd highly suggest looking elsewhere.
