Pros

Provides a paycheck, even if it is a little one

Cons

The amount of pay for the high expectations is, literally, a joke, the supervisors do not actually supervise, EVERYTHING is a con when it comes to this company

Pros

Have a job while looking for another one.

Cons

Horrible management, no company vision and a big chance of jobs will be outsourced to India soon. After First Advantage bought out LexisNexis Screening Solutions the company went through several layoffs and major management changes which is typical. What is also typical is a chance for outsourcing of technical jobs to India. They have a technical support team in Bangalore, India and they have been training them for the past couple of months. So you know what is coming....

Pros

They aren't the only company providing these services. They are paying my salary and providing benefits while I find another job.

Cons

Awful company that continues to make promises that they cannot fulfill. Low pay. 1/3 of what was promised. High expectations from employees but lack of support. Constantly changing processes. Terrible employee morale. By end of year they will lose 50% of sales staff. Recruiters are calling us nonstop because our industry is tight knit and most of my teammates are leaving. Mgmt is lackluster and demotivating and has no control over the broken processes. We are being tasked with doing more work with less support. Pay is too low and commissions are pathetic. I made more fresh out of college. Greedy mgmt and owners that will ultimately suffer due to the high cost of attrition. No one seems to be able to make the changes necessary to fix internal problems. We have no marketshare. Most companies have never heard of first advantage. No marketing support and too much red tape. Run don't walk from this company.
