Pros

Shows you what companies should NOT be like. Medical Insurance is good. Flexible hours for students or working parents. Nice offices.

Cons

So many changes in this company. They call them "improvements" every year there's about 1-3 major changes in that company whether its management, closing/opening offices, lay-offs etc. It's constant change, if it was good change it would be one thing, it's not. Pay is absolutely horrid and even with the salary there, they off shore most of the entry level positions offshore to save a dollar or two. Trying to get assistance from other departments is pointless. You have to learn everything yourself if you want something done right. Upper Management gets all the $ when it comes to annual reviews, employees, regardless of how amazing they are, can never score more than average. No 401k matching, no bonuses or incentives to do a good job. Only "teacher pets" get promoted even tho they handle their own work poorly.
