Pros

From my experience there were none.

Cons

Although my experience maybe not typical of other employees experiences I will state it for fair warning about this company. I was hired and within the first two months I was let go. My supervisor was a male body builder and relished intimidating and putting down other people. At one point he verbally attached me for no reason - not first time that had happened - and out of protection for myself I shot back with stating that he was doing what he was stating I was doing, even though I wasn't and he most definitely was. He got red in the face, jumped out of his chair and got right in my face. He then yelled everyone out of my office! I proceeded to walk toward the door with him shadowing me within a foot of my personal space. I felt like he was going to physically assault me at any time. That night I received a text from him at home where as he told me that they were changing VPN access methods and to make sure I brought mine in the next morning. I certainly knew what that really was leading to. I came to work and first thing he pulled me into a conference room and told me they were letting me go. A company that tolerates psycho employees and even puts them in managerial positions is no company I think any of you would want to work for.

Pros

paid a lot for no work was able to really focus on the work I had. I even became Creative and did some wonderful things for the company.

Cons

I should have never been hired. There was not enough work. My boss was too busy working two hours a day to know I should not have been hired.
