Cons

As a leader you need to focus only on numbers and saving money. We are supposed to care for the agents as well and help them grow by coaching and mentoring, but that really is not important anymore. Public company, had an acquisition, very global so less expensive to have global leaders so U.S. leaders are very few. You will be laid off if you make too much, dont micromanage your reports and their reports, so basically micromanage 40 people daily. If Customer Success does not like you, you will be let go. I have first hand seen and heard these reasons for lay offs. They keep some very good leaders, but they will keep more of the younger newer leaders because lessor pay.
