. Job security is good. .Highest level- SVP is good but you can't reach him, if you do and lower level managers gets to know you become target.

Cons

Management is pathetic especially from last 2 years. Salary is really less, looking at the amount of we get here. Director, Senior Manager and Manager they purposely find reason to rate you less and try to save incentives. Treat associates like slaves.
