Pros

Work from home. Nice people and team. Good to learn more about customer service.

Cons

Too much pressure about numbers and quality. You have to provide support for a lot of companies. You have to manage a lot of systems at the same time. Salary is ridiculous considering the amount of work.

Pros

If you have a good salary package and enjoy some flexibility, this could be a good option. But it isn't for everyone.

Cons

They treat you like VIPs in the first few days of joining, and once you are done with your training and all that, it's a totally different picture. I've seen managers be really rude during meetings, using condescending tone...just bad moments like these used to affect me, but stayed around for stability. Too much work, less pay is an issue. India staff is treated worse than any region I feel. They worship those in America for some reason. Very different treatment.
