      1) work from home (atleast for my role) 2) well organised hr and fair system in place. 3) opportunity for growth.

      1) Salary seems to be less. 2) too many changes in the last year. 3) Limited scope of the industry. 4) Insurance sum has been stagnant for a long time. 5 5 days of paternity leave
