Pros

Remote work opportunities, which greatly contributed to a positive work-life balance.

Cons

There is room for cultural improvement within the company. Specifically, efforts could be made to strengthen virtual team bonding activities, enhance communication channels for remote employees, and promote a more inclusive and connected company culture across geographical boundaries.
