Good colleagues. Airconditioned. Local staff. Experienced trainers

Low salary, Long wait time to get a upper management post. Continous changes in management. Vehicle facility only available at select times.

Pros

I’ve enjoyed my time and learned a lot from the company. The company has an open door policy; an advisor can directly speak to the DGMO. The salary is on time and any error or taken care of. The work environment is play full.

Cons

If one compares the salaries they are not as per industry standards, there is a problem while applying for leaves. The rosters are not out in time and one has to contact others to know his shift timings. The yearly leaves can’t be encased, so one loses the leaves if he doesn’t utilize them. The person can’t utilize the leaves due to the employee strength. (Number of employees working at a time) however, the working environment is best for freshers.
