The process in which I worked, people were really good..but not all...they pressurize employees too much..

One of the worst management I've ever seen ...these clingy people made me go to office 5 times even after leaving the office...having worked a day extra while I was in notice period they simply made an LOP in my pay slip and made me go to office so many after quitting the job... people in management are really the worst people I ever dealt with...only after going and fighting in office they paid me my full and final settlement amount...I waited nearly 6 months to get one LOP amount and get back the amount from stale check...Its better if the CEO of the company look into the negligence work management is doing and making the employees feel so sick 😠😠😠 .. no proper hike as well...while joining the company they promised to pay shift allowance but after joining there was no shift allowance paid 😒😬

That said, as hard as we try to get it right all the time, there will be times we fall short too. They are flexible on schedules.. Allowing you to change when needed. Otherwise nothing left to say for pros in this category

Management is horrible, little to no pay increase yearly.. Moral is out the window.. And management doesn't try to get it up.
If you are not a "token employee" you get no recognition for anything.
The whole leadership team needs to be reevaluated and Changed out.
No room for growth.
Favoritism. I could go on and on.
