Opportunity for fresher's, Salary for fresher's Good campus

Salary hike is not good. No night shift allowance. Bad food in cafeteria. Life style imbalance. Worst management

Our Management motivates and empowers every single employee and we ensure that enough support is provided on and off the floor. Employee wellness is our major focus area and there are various initiatives in place which employees could benefit from. Regarding salary hikes, our Performance enhancement philosophy drives a culture of meritocracy through performance differentiation and the merit increases are linked to the KPIs achieved. Based on employee feedback, we make continuous improvements to the cafeteria facilities. However, we take your feedback sincerely and will do our best to improve.
