      Cons

      Zero career advancement for women - unless you're pretty AND willing to "give a little extra" if you know what I mean. Looked in the face and told was there to fill a gender quota. HSE department is a joke. Only cares about the metrics - not addressing hazards, and will demand that HSE managers "better not have any recordables" no matter what it takes. People are disciplined for getting injured - not for committing acts that cause injuries. Backwards thinking - it's not the 80's any more guys!

      Excellent leadership, high moral and ethical standards. Really good people, mostly. Some, as in all places are high handed and shaddy.
