      Pros

      Great culture, great people, with a helpful, friendly and supportive environment. Fair fast-paced with a lot of room to prove yourself and excel at what you're doing. Greenville is a great place to live.

      Cons

      Only working as an intern, I got the impression that many of the project manager level, mid-management employees moved around a lot. Engineers who stayed in Greenville may not have the best job-security.

      Pros

      Fluor is an awesome company. I have worked for them overseas and as a contractor CONUS. Although they currently do not have an assignment for me, I firmly believe another opportunity with Fluor will become available. All years of service accrue no matter the business line.

      Cons

      The biggest downside is that the contracts are not always stable. One never knows when the assignment will end and you will be out of a job again.

      Pros

      Good management, respectful and willing to accept crafts in management positions. They offered great pay with lots of overtime.

      Cons

      The only downside with an employer like Fluor is that to stay steady with them you must be willing to travel.
