      Competitive benefits package,mega projects across the globe, opportunity to travel the world, strong brand value, diversifying into other businesses like renewable energy, etc.

      Cons

      Good Old Boy network, outdated technology used (Access97), restricted diversity at the management level, work flow integration across different groups needs major overhaul, still operating like it is the 80's

      Fluor allows the opportunity to grow within the company. They are involved in many different areas of engineering and allow you to explore where you fit in the best.

      Cons

      It is a very large company and sometimes you are overlooked. You have to work many hours in order to get recognized as a strong employee.
