      I am very lucky to have a good colleagues here in our country team, they're very supportive and passion on helping you settle down. You will be definitely able to learn alot of things.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the salary is below market rate, as compared to the other mid tier accounting firm. Higher management can have a very high expectation on you, but pay you peanut. Not much work life balance

      Outcasted if you didn’t start and grow up at BKD. Very limited promotion and pay increase opportunities. Senior management is very dated in their views
