      Highest attrition rate of all departments No empathy toward employees Not a single home grown director Average job tenure is less than 2 years Huge leave freeze period No Work From Home Lack of trust and bonding Continuous blame game Different set of rules for partners and employees Management think they are doing for the betterment of all and for long term outlook but they fail to see that it is impacting the short term growth and sustainability of the team.
