There are no more pros. Unemplyement is better.

Cons

A toxic environment: no respect for the employees, no clear tasks, no supervisions, workload is HUGE, the management humiliates the employees, no opportunity for development, working weekends is mandatory, your legal right to vacation days is refused.

Friendly, well meaning organisation who make all the right noises and try hard to service their customers needs

Cons

Massive turnover due to staff disaffection after a couple of years because management seem unable to offer a career path after initial training period
