Pros

WM has been a great place to work. The people are friendly, there is flexibility with schedules, and there are always different ways to get involved in the firm. The firm offers different opportunities to get involved such as sport teams, volunteer day, holiday parties, and different clubs. I appreciate all that WM has to offer and I am excited for my future here.

Cons

Health Insurance: The medical insurance premiums are high. Luckily, I am in good health, but if you have any type of medical issues you will be paying a decent amount out of pocket.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We understand that healthcare is a top priority among our employees. We continually assess available programs to find and improve coverage for our employees, especially for our families, which share the greatest cost burden. In 2017, the firm has decided to absorb the increased cost of our health insurance in order to keep the employee contribution at current levels. We also offer a number of health and wellness initiatives including discounted gym membership as well as a $175 subsidy toward any 1-year membership. We hope to increase these health and wellness benefits in the coming year so stay tuned!
