Small company with alot of exposure.

Cons

Went for an interview here. They initially said that it was just a chat but actually was a full-on interview. They tried to make the interview difficult by asking technical questions. HR and management is very disorganised. They think they are the big 4 however this is a lower league firm. Only the desperate end up here as this place is not very professional. I was interviewed but they never got back to me for a job. I was instead offered a position in Deloitte (higher rank) which I took.

Pros

The people are generally nice, the learning curve is good for fresh graduates and the pantry is decent. That being said, almost all accounting firms are like this.

Cons

The pay is seriously pathetic and outdated - some fresh graduates at the big 4s make more than a senior here. The environment is rather cliquish - if you don't join them you will lose out for sure.

A fair bit of great colleagues and mentor depending on who you get assigned to based on your luck.

Cons

Promotions are based on favoritism instead of effort. Too much politics. Better to join the big four.
