Great office location right next to the world famous Tower Bridge. Met some great people during my time there. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Clueless leadership. Blatant favouritism from senior management team. Limited progression opportunities.

No Pros, if employer is not ready to pay salary even if you are working on Full time basis

Cons

1. Top management is not ready to listen anything against them. You are not allow to question them. 2. Top Leadership do not follow any policies & doing exploitation of employees. 3. HR do not provide relieving letter so that you will not be able to join anywhere else. While in all other companies you will get relieving letter with in 24hrs after you LWD. 4. Tax & PF deduction happens but management not submitting it to tax authorities. So no doubt you may get notice from Income tax/PF departments. 5. If you are not working on Project, then you will be moved on Leave without pay.
