      cool receptionist good training nice team nothing else

      Cons

      Managers lie. Stressful calls. childish and favouritism behaviour Bullying to impaired people/mental illness harassing and intimidation behaviour. high staff turn over, as you are treated as a number.

      You have the same bad luck than others 400 people in the company, so you can cry together!

      Cons

      Nobody has any idea about management and leadership. Rotative shifts. If you are working for the Spanish market you have to work from 17 to 2AM, even when they tell you in recruitment you will work maximum until 23PM. NO WEEKENDS. You are not going to promote in this company if you are not a close friend or family of any operation manager or team leads. That's why this company is full of useless people in management positions. One year ago It used to be a good place to work. Nowadays bonuses are disappeared and work environment is really sad.
