      Pros

      AWS, Bonus(1.5months), increment, 5-7%, annual leave start from 16 and max 18 (every year increase 1 day) for below manger level. Even for senior engineer still have fixed OT pay. Can earn extra, this is good point. Not every time OT, u can control by your own. Some others allowances.

      Cons

      No dental insurance, no career progression, sometime rushing work. Urgent!! Must be complete the works in second.

      Cons

      They will start you off at very low pay and will require the most out of you. Unless you are Asian or Indian, you are not welcome on their payroll.
