Pros

Huge corporation with good, established process. Hardworking and mostly friendly people from a diverse background. Fast growth opportunity due to high turnover.

Cons

Low pay and focused on cost saving on employees. Quite a bureaucratic organization and slow to implement changes. Personal connections is influential in the office.

Pros

Upper management and the project managers are helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. Great bunch of guys.

Cons

Quality was being managed by manufacturing and is not a good idea as manufacturing has a different agenda than quality. It was like letting the fox guard the hen house.

-Room for growth if you're at headquarters -Exposure to a lot of process as it is a behemoth firm that is extremely vertically integrated -Do everything yourself (if you're into that kind of thing)

Cons

-No work/life balance -No room for individuality -Difficult to voice opinion -Highly political firm
