Pros

a wealth of knowledge, data, expertise and commitment to excellence lots hard-working colleagues strong command-and-control culture to get things done quickly

Cons

lousy pay management expect everybody to work excessive overtime, including Saturdays and Sundays very poor internal personnel management, no transparency what so ever lots internal politics, be very careful whom to talk to

This is a place to just work. a starting place in your new career. a stepping stone to learn what is work.

Cons

Overtime is not paid. Need to work OT to show you are commited to your job. Use negative comment to motivate employees.
